Is she famous or what?

She is featured on our family blogs and everybody says she is sooooo cute. Right now she is asleep in her bed and making her little noises in her sleep. I just looked down at her tonight and was amazed at how perfect she seems. I thank God for her everyday. She is a real joy in my life. She is pozing by herself with her best friend. Some day she will probably name all of her stuffed animals but for now this is Bunny or Little Bunny Foo Foo.

summer or winter?

Well, here in Colorado Springs, we don't really have a spring. Today was high 70's F and tomorrow will be high 40's F. My husband doesn't like wearing pants and would rather be in shorts. I am sure that he is not the only one. Well here he is playing in the snow wearing shorts. He got a little cold on this hiking trip with some Romanian friends.

a new accomplishment

Well, I was challenged by Cornel and I did it. I had a hard time but did it in less time then he thought I could. I am now part of those crazy people that have climbed the incline on Pikes Peak. It is old railway ties that go up part of Pikes Peak. I stopped a lot to catch my breath, drank plenty of water and made it in 63 minutes. Cornel thought that it would take me 1 and 1/2 hours. I don't have any pictures to show you but I will never forget this.

Well here are some new pictures of Cassandra Rose. She is getting so big and I can't believe that she is the same baby from 4 months ago that I gave birth to. She has grown into her skin, no more wrinkles, her face has rounded out and she has doubled in weight. She still sleeps a lot but is so much more alert while she is awake. Her mom and gramma think that she is going to be an outdoorsy girl who enjoys reading. I love looking at her, reading to her, and hearing her talk. Although she hasn't said a word yet, she is full of cooing and squealing noises. Her dad is jealous that she talks more to me then to him though.
