Should I laugh or cry?

Well a couple days ago Cornel wanted his hair cut again. It had been about two months so it was getting "long". Well I cut his hair. He likes it. After that I was pushing Cassandra around in a lundry basket that we keep her toys in. I cam with her around the corner and daddy was there. She got wide eyes and didn't know who he was. I picked her up and Cornel started talking to his precious girl and then she calmed down. I really didn't think that she would react like that. Cornel likes having his hair "buzzed," he thinks he looks "dangerous." Well he actually did to his daughter.

Cassandra's favorite toy right now is the door stopper in our room.

A new place to hike.

We went to a new place for hiking. Colorado Springs has a new state park not to far from us. We went there and had a good time. We hiked and explored the place and Cassandra liked it too. We discovered a new place to have fun. It was beautiful with the fall leaves and mountains right next to us. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

We found our camera

Well, it has been a while but that is because we had misplaced our camera. We have some new picture of our 9-month-old. Do you wan to see them? She loves books and magazines. She likes the pages and terning them and also chewing on them. She is siting up now and army crawling. I get lots of laughs when I play peak-a-boo with her. She has been sick the last couple weeks with lots of conggestion, but is better now. I love staying home with her, so much in fact that I got a job I can do from home. I am going to start working as a medical transcriptionist at the end of the month. I am still going to school for it, but they wanted to start me early. We also got a couple new toys this week that Cassandra can do thing as she is playing. It is fun to see her trying out new things. We tried giving her an egg today and she didn't like it at all. Oh well, maybe next time. In Romania that is one of the first things babies get.

As parents, we got to play too. I think that she likes playing. While there, she met another little boy who was sitting on the grass next to us. She "walked" over and said "hi." It is so nice playing in nice weather with her. Phoenix was way to hot and all we could do waas hang out at the pool. Now that we are back, we can play outdoors. She loves taking walks with mommy and daddy.

My new neice arrived!

Cassandra likes her new cousin. This is her first American cousin. She wanted to touch her and was very curious. She hasn't met her outher cousins. She met plenty of second cousins in AZ though on her daddy's side.
My sister and her husband were exhasted but very happy to finally get to meet her. She was born on August 1st. She was 7 lbs 5 oz and 19 1/2 inches long. She is precious.

first bloody nose

Well I was walking home from my dad's office the day we were to leave on vacation. Cassandra and I had gone down for an adjustment. On the way home Cassandra started crying and I thought that she was hungry. I kept saying we will be home in a few minutes. We were going to see Grandma who was stopping by to say goodbye. Well when I got home I saw why my baby was crying. The black eye was because she was rubbing it.
