Great time, picnic time with our family

We had a fun time at the park. We ate Chipotle, and the girls could run and play. They played on the park, and also on the big field at Cottonwood Creek Park. It wore Cassandra out so much that she actually took a nap, that is a big thing for us right now. Here is the only girl who will stay still for a picture, here with her 2 aunts. Haven likes Auntie Em already.

Addysen got to the cup that had Tabasco sauce in it, and before we were able to stop her she opened it and got it on the blanket and her outfit. We put the bags on it, changed Addysen, and went on with the picnic. Then, when the boys, men, were playing soccer later on, they kicked the ball at me, right when I had root beer in my hand, and it got all over me. It was just one of those days.

I like all the grass at this park, it gives Cassandra one more thing to do, and the guys. It was funny, both of the girls went right into the soccer game that the guys were playing, and tried to play too. I was happy that they did not get plowed over.

Happy couples.

Everything is good when there is a ball.
They play so well together. I think these 2 cousins will be friends for life, laughing, playing, and getting into mischief together.
Addysen is sporting Cassandra's new sunglasses. They look cute on her too.

We do not have pictures of them together because they will not stay still long enough.

Cassandra is changing so much. She looks like a little girl. Yia-yia just cut her bangs and they are so cute.

Monday Night Dinner.

We ate dinner at my parents house last night out on their porch. We saw the beautiful summer clouds of Colorado and sunset.

The 3 cousins loved being together. It was very busy in the house. Johnny and Emily are here for a couple days, back from Europe, so the whole family was together. Grandpa came too. It was a good time talking and laughing with everybody.
Haven is getting so big. I love holding and looking at her.

Here are just a few pictures from dinner. We were just talking while the cousins were getting into their own mischeif. They were playing with the buttons on the hottub, and throwing sippy cups off the porch, and so on. Cassandra and Addysen always have a great time while they are together.

So sweet. They just look so peaceful, don't they. There is nothing better than holding a new born.

Zoo Time.

Today we went to the zoo with Jeff, Noelle, Addysen, and Haven. We saw animals, went on the carousel, fed the giraffes, and the girls ran through the water at the playground.

When I was inside with Noelle and Haven the daddys took Cassandra and Addysen around for a good time. These girls love playing with each other, and laughing.

Water is a good thing on a hot day. It has been in the 90's, so the mist was a favorite for the girls.

Even the paparazzi were there.

Elephants and giraffes are favorites.

Cassandra and Addysen even fed the giraffes.

The double stroller worked out great for these two. They love to be together. It was just hard to push up the hills.

This is a new thing of the zoo here. They give you "quarters" and let you put them in different slots that help wildlife. The zoo donates a quarter to the different wildlife conservation porjects that you pick by puting them in different slots.
Just waiting for my cousins.
