We spent so much time being in Uncle Cornel's house, we got tired of eating, so we got up this morning and after breakfast some of us took an hour hike on the Phoenix "mountains."

This is the Phoenix landscape. It is so cool to see all of these big cactus again. Cornel's mom tried to grow them, but they are 2 inches tall. Do you miss it Noelle?

We made it to the top of the "mountain,"but....
Someone was very exhausted at the top. I think she said this was her first hike in her life, you can see it. She likes running on flat ground better than hiking.
Johnny being so happy at the bottom. He did not know how long the trail was.
Seh complained about her feet hurting. She just wore the wrong shoes for hiking on rocks.
This is for Corneliu's mom. I hope that Ica will show her these pictures because she would love this cactus.
