Cassandra is 2 on December 31st, 2009. We had a birthday party in Romania for her. She was very sleepy. She saw the cake and blew the candle out, after we sang La Multi Ani, opened presents, and then went to bed. She didn't have a nap, and has to get some sleep before we leave at 12.

The Dora doll is from Ica and Bunica and Bunicu, she got a couple shirts from mom and dad, a dress from Damaris, a piano toy from the Baptist pastor and family, a pillow from Avrams family. She added a few pounds to the suitcases. She will like her presents when she is more awake.

awww...how very, very, very sweet...tears in my eyes.
brought tears to my eyes too!! Romanian's have beautiful voices :) So special to see her proud and loving grandpa holding her! I can't believe she is two already it seems like we just had her 1st birthday just yesterday. Safe travels back home and best of luck on the plane!
